sir i am a orthopaedic surgeon and using skin stepplers i had an idea of making a skin steppler in stainless steel (NON disposable) which can be autoclaved and the pins can be loaded in it for the use.If some thing of this kind can be made then steppler user number will boom as it will be more cheap.so kindly tell me in this line

Thanks for your comment. I think there is value in reducing the cost of skin staplers, and other medical devices – where possible. It raises the question as to the real cost difference between the fully disposable single use product and the reusable / disposable product you are referring to.
One of the major components of that cost is labor. There would perhaps be more of an advantage in countries that had lower labor rates?
