the investigators reported an anterior shift of less than 0.5 D of accommodation, which was disappointing in that patients were not spectacle-independent, according to Eduardo Marques, MD via Accommodative lens results considered ‘disappointing’ – IOL shifts forward but offers less than 0.5 D of pseudophakic accommodation – Modern Medicine.
